Perdido Key, Florida, Orange Beach Alabama shown as the bottom Island, and Ono Island Alabama shown is the top Island. Between the two is Old River dividing Ono and Perdido Key. The Prestige Villas on Ono Island make it a major destination for those who want guarded privacy but still be able to purchase waterfront property under a Million Dollars U.S. Not a lot of property in this category and at this price.

Orange Beach Alabama and Perdido Key Florida (same Island but separated by an imaginary State boundary line) have Old River to their North and the Gulf of Mexico to their South. Sandy beach is everywhere. It is possible to rent a condo for a week or two, especially in our "OFF Season" of Mid September through May or so. Unlike most of Southern Florida, our high tourist season is in the Summer time from May through September. We do get a little cooler in our winter but most winter weeks have weather in the mid to upper 70 degree Fahrenheit area.
