"Nautical Chart - Perdido Key"

Nautical Chart of the Old River area as it intersects the Intercoastal waterway South of Innerarity Point Florida and to the N.E of Ono Island Alabama. It can be a little confusing for people outside this area as the Alabama/Florida boarder makes an "S" curve around Ono Island. In this location Alabama is SOUTH OF FLORIDA.

As you can see, large deep draft boats can transit this area if they are careful where they go. The intercoastal waterway in this area of the United States generally keeps depths of over 8 ft. and the bridges West of here are 65 foot or more. To get to the Pensacola Pass East of this area and exit out to the Gulf of Mexico, you will have a full 65 foot clearance on bridges and the water depth will carry at least 8 ft if you keep to the channel.

A few vacant building lots are available on the intercoastal waterway for those who can spend the money to obtain these valuable deep water lots. Prices increase yearly. Let Capt.
